It’s always a new beginning
New beginning offers us the opportunity to well…start anew and celebrate success. These 12 Tips for 2015 are tried and true. Let’s get started with what we know and what we need to remember for leading chaos successfully into the new year.
Tip #1 for 2015 – Be true to yourself.
You know what it feels like from the top of your head to the tip of your toes when life is going well and you are being true to yourself. It is a visceral feeling of contentment. Use your body as your barometer. Is your neck tight, your back sore are you feeling sleepy? OR Are you feeling light on your feet despite your physical health?
Tip 2 for 2015 – Be true to others. It is obvious no matter how good you are at “faking it – till you make it.”
Tip 3 for 2015 – State clear goals.
If you tend to say, “I’m going to go take that trip to the beach with my family someday.”
Try rephrasing the same goals as.
“I’m going to the beach with my family.”
Believe it, See it, Do it.
Tip 4 for 2015 – Be mindful of your impact on other.
Tip 5 for 2015 – Be mindful of others and their impact on you.
When you visit a certain relative or friend, it can feel like your happy thoughts get sucked out of you?
– Maybe the next visit should be shorter?
– Visit with others to create a boundary.
– Surround yourself with people that are going to uplift you.
Tip 6 for 2015 – Create a habit of “Celebrating Small Successes”

Tip 11 for 2015 – Put safety first
I’m not a fanatic when it comes to safety unless it involves me, children, the elderly or someone who can not take care of themselves. Okay maybe I am a bit of fanatic. But hey, if you watch all those home videos on tv that make everyone laugh often they involved someone getting hurt. Ouch. I love a good laugh – when it isn’t at the expense of others.
