Always good to hear tips about taking care of yourself and your family how a little planning ahead can alleviate at least one point of stress in our lives–what to eat! Left this podcast feeling good about myself for organizing my kitchen exactly the way Leslie suggests and that wet towel thing over veggies? My mother does it (using wet paper towels) and yet I never adopted it for myself. Maybe I will now.

Dear Amy,
I never knew about wet paper over veggies. Your mom is brilliant – FYI…I had a Cacao Truffle! Yum.
Kind regards,
Ria
