Phones are our connection to the world. When the world is crushing down, knowing how to successfully reply when a person in crisis says, “Call Me” is key.
In this episode, let’s review how to help a person in crisis when they are not in the same room as us.
- Direct the person towards present time
- Ask simple questions to help assess the need and help the person regroup.
- Use breathing exercises.
